Our Booking Process Explained
- Here’s a simplified version of the process for booking a new home inspection:
- Choose your area
- Pick a suitable day and time from the availability calendar.
- Fill out the form with your details and click “Confirm Booking.”
- After confirming, you’ll be directed to send a deposit of £100 for the inspection.
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the inspection time to receive a refund of the deposit fee.
- The inspection typically lasts 2-4 hours, depending on your property’s size and finish quality.
- Our surveyor will inspect all aspects of your property, including internal and external areas like the garage, driveway,Visual Inspect lofts space and undertake room measurements
- After the inspection, we’ll prepare a PDF report with pictures and written explanations of any issues found. You’ll receive this report by email within 48 hours , no later than 10 pm.
- Hand the report to your developer, who is legally obligated to fix any identified issues within 2 years of purchase.
- Additionally, your new build property is covered by a 10-year structural insurance policy for peace of mind.
