What is the Post -Completion Inspection?

After the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed PDF report with photos highlighting all identified defects. You can then provide this report to your developer, who is responsible for fixing the issues. If they refuse, you have the right to escalate the matter to the NHBC, Premier Guarantee, or LABC warranty provider.
